Harry Truman Spoke Words of Wisdom ... Big Tex May Speak If You're Nice

"Imperfect action is better than perfect inaction,"
Harry S. Truman.
Take the quote with you throughout the day.

Then while you're at the State Fair of Texas, enjoy the Life And Times Of Big Tex exhibit at the 'Hall of State.' (History here.)
Big Tex will thank you. He may even walk up and start chatting (use caution!).

Parkland opened yesterday.

Sincerely,
Alice

Have A Great Day

Here is a 'blog' which I've looked at recently, containing daily motivators. Sometimes I don't know where he gets it all, but somehow, Ralph Marston is pretty motivating! Mr. Marston is located in Austin, TX.

I found out about him a few years ago, from a friend. But I've started looking at the motivators more frequently, only very recently. He also has inspiring images on the site.

With that, have a great day.

Since the blog was started on July 26, 2007, the blog is now 6 years old. With progress in mind, I am looking forward to future changes.

Is Your Mission Finished?

Writer Richard Bach said:

"Here is a test to find whether your mission on earth is finished: If you're alive, it isn't."

Richard Bach was recently injured in a plane crash, and is now recovering.
In the 1970s he wrote a book that inspired a movie, with a soundtrack by none other than Neil Diamond.

THE END.
Happy June 9.

I could not decide if I liked the above photo, so here is another one of Richard Bach:

Also, thank you to Gloria, of course ... who exposed me to this quote.

Three Times A Day: Insane Courage

What could you do with Insane Courage 3 times a day?

I got this from an e-mail received from The Goals Guy. So, definitely not original.
But I did want to share the message.

THE END.

Thank you for reading.
