Tubing, The Gexa Energy Pavilion, And... Fried Kentucky Fried Chicken?

So you want some June activities?
Haven't you been wondering, "where is a good place to canoe?" Go to Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth, Texas on Sunday June 8.
You can canoe to your heart's content, while having a Sunday Funday.

Tomorrow is National running day.

Ok. Since the above events are the ONLY things happening in June. Here is one in July, and one in August!
In the Huh? I just wanted to dress like the Statue of Liberty category: Run the 7 kilometer or 4 kilometer course at Fair Park in Dallas, TX. After, attend a "festive celebration" in historic Fair Park while drinking as many beers as possible and dreaming of the fried Kentucky fried chicken (well, really... fried everything!) you can eat when the State Fair of Texas opens. The run takes place when? July 4.

The KXT Summer Cut musical show is happening August 15 at Gexa Energy Pavilion in Dallas TX. If you are a big fan of The Oh Hello's you can buy tickets tomorrow at 10:00 am. Get your mouse in gear.

Stay cool.

Yoga Can Be Simply Stunning And Lead With The Beads

What's better than yoga? Yoga on the bridge. All Out Trinity! (See the link!) will be hosting an event this Saturday, which includes this very feat. The potpourri of events starts at 8 a.m.

While in a Trinity-esque mood, why not do the Trinity River Levee Run?

Don't forget about the Dash For The Beads tomorrow (The 5k is at 10 a.m.!) A breathtaking run where you can lead with the beads.

Go, all out.
The End. Thanks, mighty fine thanks! for reading.

Current Keeps You Current, See A Funky Push Ups Video, And Cobra Starship Rides The Rides At Six Flags

Dear Gentle Readers,

I like Current TV. In Dallas, I believe it is channel 258, with Direct TV. Current always seems to do the type of reporting I think should be done. And, their reporters and correspondents ask brave questions.

I have been trying to do more push ups. Push ups are very hard.
Check out this funky video, explaining how to do push ups correctly.
It does have some good pointers; however, the guy doing the push ups looks bored and overly-built (I am jealous).

Cobra Starship (Here, they are looking quite green!) will be in Arlington at Six Flags amusement park on June 30. (The only song I like by them is You Make Me Feel So...)
I will let you decide for yourself about Cobra Starship. However see this link for a
lovey-dovey story about a recent Miami appearance ("joined by a gorgeous entourage of 20"). Were they really gorgeous?

The End.
