"I Love Sweater Dresses In The Winter." And, "My Boy's On His Way!"

Hello Graceful Readers:

A cheesy friend said to me somewhat recently, while flipping through a catalog containing sweater dresses, "I love sweater dresses in the winter."
I nodded smilingly and looked at the catalog, but I was secretly thinking, I hate sweater dresses! They are a remnant of the past, in a bad way!

However, I did see a sweater dress the other day, in a catalog, that was completely wearable.

So in honor of the cheesy friend here is a picture of a sweater-y dress, casual, YET something your grandmother would make (it is not the same one I saw and liked):
I have not reported on anything "overheard" or anything that I have witnessed lately. So: I was leaving Parkland Hospital last Sunday. As I strained to hear more, a man (a patient) was stating loudly to a friend (I think also a patient, or if not, just a passerby), "My boy's on his way." And, "My girl's coming tomorrow."
The man was perhaps in his 30s, in a wheelchair, and with a not-thought-out haircut and a mustache.
Although I got into my car very slowly, that was all I heard. I wondered: why did he need "his boy" and his "girl"? Also, what would his "girl" look like if I saw her?
And, was there going to be a smackdown at the hospital??

Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom are living in Dallas (probably not North Dallas!!) and they are filming their reality show here. I do not have much to say about this, except, my friend Gloria recently saw Khloe at a Dallas Mavericks basketball game. Reportedly, she was texting...the whole time!
I cannot think of much to say to the boring, unthrilling Khloe, so I guess here is my statement: "Welcome, texting pro."

Goodbye,

Please check out this cool book, self-published by a doctor in Dallas.

Check out these very simple gold earrings to mix and match.

One more dress! It is actually a sweater dress.
