I will do a post soon.

Hi charming readers:
I am writing this to notify you that I will do a post soon. Two thoughts: Target Craziness (there is a lot of it) and Walgreen's Adoration (this pertaining to adoration coming from me). BTW, I have not talked about him but the Semi-crush who works at 7-11 said he is going to Ethiopia for 3 weeks.

Sorry, Can't Write Much, Have to Go Catch a Turkey

Turkey Day Stuff:

I thought I saw a guy doing coke in his car at 7-11 nearby the other day. He (maybe in his early 20s and chubby) had his door wide open and it was taking up two parking spots so I honked so he would shut the door a little, and he did not. Then when I looked over, he was bending over the passnger seat and it looked like he was doing something with a straw. Maybe he was doing something else. It is just an observation.

Are you ready for Holiday H***? I am going to go on a turkey binge. No, not really!!

Why do people eat turkey on Thanksgiving and not Spam? Why not eat Chicken A La King (more delicious)?? The Native Americans started us on a bad tradition more than 200 years ago. You can always boycott Thanksgiving and go to 1.) Mexico City, Mexico or 2.) Canada, depending on which is closer. Just a suggestion, dear readers.

Gotta go. I'm writing a new short story about an obsessive boy. More info later.

Yay, such awesome insight into my life

Here It Is Folks:
I'm sorry in advance for any incoherence or mistakes in this post. Also, since I feel like I am going to pass out (tired and sleepy), just writing what I can get out right now. But here is is, the Juicy Facts, untampered with and undamaged:
You should buy the new Julian Casablancas (also juicy!) CD, "Phrazes 4 the Young." (I think that is the right spelling). Honestly I have only listened to about 3 songs so far, but I liked them, and therefore highly recommend this first solo offering from the Strokes' frontman. At Best Buy was only $9.99.
Am in the middle parental deadlock. Oh, joy. Yay, it is so much fun being stuck in the middle. Sometimes I think Why Me, and then I want to complain but then I stop because I know that complaining, or letting unnecessary things build up will only make me sad.
On the way back from Best Buy, I waved to a homeless guy, to give him a dollar at Preston Road and LBJ Freeway. It seemed he was feeling forthcoming. He came right up to my car, said his name was Dan and said he was looking for $3 to get something to eat. He was maybe in his 50s and had a scraggly beard. I informed him I could only give him a dollar. He asked if he could have two dollars and then asked if he could have some change. Sheesh. I said no.
I only waved him over in the first place because I thought he might be someone that I know.

Enough ranting, self-discovery, and creating a post. I do want to talk more about music on this site in the future.

Listen to your Friends.
love,
Alice

Happy Not Veteran's Day

To All:

Happy Not Veteran's Day (I invented this myself). I had a weird Veteran's Day experience, and just wanted to write that.

Its adding Insult to Injury to be waiting at a stoplight when you are late getting somewhere. Even if: you are insulting yourself. It is still Insult to Injury. Do you not agree????? However, I have some new Tactics for not being late.

A Rant: The weather in Texas is killing me. It seems like the climate is never how I think it will be. I feel like: I should be more used to it.

This summer is was constantly hot. Then it felt (in early fall) like it was rainy and overcast and nothingless for a while. Then, I do not remember. Now it is nice and sunny, but sometimes cold. The weather is tempestuous and Does Not Make Sense. It is like being in a constantly changing Pressure Cooker. Seriously, it is just killing me. I think I am Phototropic, if that is the correct word (Yes, I do have to look up what that means). Sometimes I show up places (with my Michigan weather advice to myself) in long sleeves and jeans and everyone is wearing short sleeves and flip flops. I guess I never got the Memo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Exclamation mark overload).

Ate at a new place called The Gazeebo (with Burgers and more). At Preston and Royal Streets.

Well, have to go sleep and rest and dream.
Peace Out.

Hmmmmm, It's Make Your Own Title Day

Dear Readers:

I have more to write, but not going to write right now.
I will be leaving the unnamed bookstore soon. Oh, What a Tangled Web We Weave. However, some people's webs are so Tangled, that they are like tragic, spindly spiders. I can think of no other way to describe it! (Yes, this has to do with unnamed bookstore--So There).

I have been listening to Eminem a little bit. Also listening to The Dead Weather (with Jack White of the White Stripes) , but I like their CD too much. I do not want to overdo it; listening is too enjoyable.
Well, must go for now. Watch out for spindly spiders. Be Effulgent.
