"Suma Luma Looma Luma Luma Luma Seema Luma"

Hi,
I haven't posted due to many things.

I am very tired of Drama Queens. More to the point, drama seems to come and go.
But, it is time for its recrudescence.

An Entirely New topic:
Apparently many people have trouble with the name Alice.

Gentle readers, it does not greatly annoy me... but it does somewhat.
At various times in my life, I have been called:
Allison
Dallas
April

And, just yesterday... Alexis.
Also, I have been called other names, which bear no resemblance to Alice.

Here's a "helpful" hint: Remember famous people named Alice.
Here are three:
Alice in Chains
Alice Cooper
Alice Walker

Next time I will just say that.

Keeping with the old school rap theme, here is Supersonic, by the group JJ Fad. You many think I am addicted to old school rap... which I am not.
However, I did listen to this song over and over, in sixth grade, which is why I am posting it.
Today on You Tube, a user named "goldensloth7" posted the comment: Holy Crap, this is awesome. Apparently he or she has just discovered JJ Fad.

Been listening to: The album Home from the Dixie Chicks. It is from 2002. I especially like the song, "Truth No. 2." I like it because it contains the lyric, "You don't like the sound of the truth, coming from my MOUTH."

And I like the song, "Tortured, Tangled Hearts."

Goodbye,
Alice

"The Demographic of This Restaurant is The Morbidly Obese and Children." And A Video.

Hello:
Last week, I was visiting CiCi's Pizza with my cousin, Rafael. It was the Cici's Pizza on I-635 and Audelia Road. It is a restaurant tucked into an ugly shopping center.
The eating experience was so-so.

There were a few children running around us, as we were eating. There were a few chubby people.

I asked Rafael what he was thinking, to which he replied: "I was just thinking that the demographic of this restaurant is the morbidly obese, and children."

I looked around...

I could not argue with him. It was true.

For no other reason than I was thinking of this song a couple of weeks ago, and I could not get it out of my head, here is a hit from, I believe, 1991.

The Detroit (Uh Oh... Detroit AGAIN) rapper, named Eric Breed, has died since then. He also went by MC Breed.

The song is "Ain't No Future In Yo Frontin'"

Practice "Guilt Free" reading of this blog.

Goodbye,
Alice
(ndh)

I heard the song Breathe (2 a.m.) by Anna Nalick about four days ago.
Since this lyric stuck in my head, I am posting it:
"Life's Like an Hourglass, Glued To The Table."
Life is like an hourglass, but no need to panic about it!

(Again, this blog is not meant to be politically correct. The point is that I write honestly, and I tell just the facts, ma'am.)
